Peter, YOU are amazing.
Faced with a 4 day deadline (thanks to another ribbon supplier who let me down), I called and ordered this personalized satin ribbon in 1-1/2" size. I was so distraught over the phone that Peter just asked my shipping information and project details.
5 minutes after hanging up the phone, I received the artwork email to approve and after giving my approval, hoped I wouldn't be let down. This was on Friday morning.
I got my ribbon, all 7 rolls of it, the very next Monday! Peter had his technicians finis the job in 3 hours and had the ribbon sent out to me overnight!
The best thing about it? He didn't even have my billing information! He just wanted to make sure that I got the ribbon in time and I'd pay for it only if I approved of the quality!
Your service to me went far and beyond merchant / client relationship, you genuinely helped me and my business and it has been my honor and privilege to have had the opportunity to do business with you.
